Returns & Refunds:

      I would like to thank you very much for shopping with Kindred Maverick. We carry several different brands, and not all sizing is the same, so I would encourage you to read all the clothing descriptions and take your time while selecting your items. If you are still unsure about sizing or item descriptions do not hesitate to email me at kindredmaverick@gmail.com with any questions! 

However, sometimes clothing still does not work out, and if that’s the case we are here to help! 

**All sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be refunded

 

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive it.

**For an item to be returned, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and the hangtag must be on. 

**Items must have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

         **You will not receive a refund without a receipt or proof of purchase**

Refunds: 

*You are responsible for paying ALL shipping cost for returning or exchanging an item

If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange. 

    *If you are exchanging for a different size you will pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it for return. We will then inspect the item and you will be notified on the status of your refund. 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on you card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:

We will try our best to replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you love the item but need a different size. Please understand that we have a limit on the amount and sizes of each item, but we will try our very best to exchange it for the same item. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a refund for the item. 

              *If you do need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us immediately at kindredmaverick@gmail.com to begin the exchange process. You will have 5 days from the delivery date to send your item back for an exchange. If you are exchanging for a different size you will pay your own shipping cost for returning your items.

*If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned items. 

 

**Kindred Maverick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving it.
